Café C’EST BON PLAGE is situated in front of the museum's entrance. The name is a French phrase, composed of C’EST BON (It's delicious) and PLAGE (beach or hangout). Its most recommended dish is the galette or a thin pancake made of 100% homegrown buckwheat flour. On the regular menu, there are 15 kinds of galette, which contain vegetables, bacon, cheese and other various ingredients. Other recommendations are desserts made with kefir, which enhances beauty, light and fluffy crepes, and a variety of lunch menu items.
