- *With a member's card for Japan National Committee for International Council of Museums (ICOM), admission is free for up to two persons.
- *Re-admission after exiting the museum once is free only during the same day. Please ask at the reception desk.
- *We have no parking lot. Please use the public pay parking lot on the basement floor of the Shibuya City Office Complex.
- *The elevators do not stop at every floor due to the structural reasons.
